COWBOY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. cooked minute rice
1 can pinto beans
Cheddar cheese

Brown meat. Add garlic to cooking meat. Cook rice, drain meat. Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover with foil. Place in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted (about 15 minutes). Serve with garlic bread.
