6 egg yolks
1/8 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour, enough to make the dough stiff to roll thin
2 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. cream
1/8 tsp. cardamon

Beat eggs, add sugar and mix together well. Whip cream and add melted butter. Mix all ingredients together well. Cut in diamond shape and make a slit in the middle and pull one point through. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
