AVYS' LACE CORNBREAD 
3/4 c. plain cornmeal
1 small onion
1 pinch garlic salt
water

Add water to make thin consistency. Blend all ingredients in a blender. On a hot greased griddle, fry 4 inch patties to a golden brown, turning once. The thinner the consistency, the more "lace" you get.
