RANCHO BAKED BEANS 
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans in tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained

Heat fat in skillet. Add onions and ground beef. Stir while beef browns lightly. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

NOTE: This can be made the night before using, stored in the refrigerator and then heated for a longer period of time.
