POTLUCK VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 can kernel corn 4 oz. can mushrooms 10 oz. frozen cauliflower 1 can cream style corn 10 oz. frozen broccoli 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (optional) Drain kernel corn, cooked cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. Combine cream style corn, cheese and soup. Fold in drained vegetables. Turn into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Melt butter. Toss with crumbs. Sprinkle atop mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or till hot. |
