EASY CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. salad oil
2 lg. jars baby food carrots

Place all ingredients in bowl. Beat well until well combined. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
