MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 c. crackers, crushed
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 of 15 oz. can tomato sauce (save other half)
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1/2 bell pepper, chopped (save other half for garnish)
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Put mixture in Corning Ware or cast iron skillet large enough to make meat loaf about 2 1/4 x 3 inches thick. Use spatula to separate meat loaf into serving size portions before cooking. Add remaining tomato sauce by pouring over top of portions. Add sliced bell peppers as garnish.

Bake (uncovered) in 325 to 350 degree oven until done, approximately 45 minutes. Drain with spoon as needed. Let set until meat is firm and warm. Serve. Enjoy!
