1/2 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. ea.) instant CHOCOLATE pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed in blender or with rolling pin, divide Oreo cookies in 3 parts

Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. In another bowl mix milk, pudding until thick then add Cool Whip. Use a flower pot or bowl, alternate crushed cookies and pudding. Start and end with cookies. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving add gummy worms under top layer of cookies and place plastic flowers in middle of flower pot to look like flower arrangement.
