APPLE - RASPBERRY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1 c. unprocessed oat bran
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. lo-sodium baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh raspberries
1 c. diced apples

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl stir together dry ingredients. Make a well in the center. In a separate bowl mix egg whites, vanilla, milk and oil. Add to well and stir until just moistened. Fold in raspberries and apples. Line muffin tin with muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes.
