BUTTERSCOTCH THINS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) butterscotch morsels 1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. light brown sugar, packed 1 egg 1 1/3 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. chopped nuts 3/4 tsp. vanilla Chill. Shape into 12 inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill thoroughly. Slice very thin. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees. Cool slightly. Remove from sheet. NOTE: Freeze, will cut easier. |
