EASY VEGGIE QUICHE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 c. dry non-fat milk
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. melted butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. water

Spread onion and cheese on bottom of a Pam greased 10 inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients in blender or with mixer. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Variations: 1 cup spinach or broccoli may be added. American or Cheddar may be used, but both will be more than 300 calories if divided into 4 servings. Serve hot.
