SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. (2 medium) ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat together sugar and oil. Add eggs, bananas, sour cream or buttermilk and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Blend well. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.
