HOMEMADE PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
Corn oil

Put 1/3 cup milk in a 1/2 cup measure and fill with corn oil. Sift dry ingredients; stir in milk and oil; roll with a glass or pat into flat 10"x15" pan.

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 can water to rinse
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 or 1 tsp. oregano
1/2 or 1 tsp. sweet basil (depending on how spicy you like it)

Spread sauce over dough in pan. Shred 1 round Scamorze cheese (8 oz.) and sprinkle on sauce, or lay out flat slices Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.). Dot with pieces of 1/2 pound hamburger or pork sausage, or Smokie Links or Polish Sausages, or variations as you wish. May add sliced olives, mushrooms, etc. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
