FRUIT SALSA WITH CINNAMON CHIPS 
Salsa:

1 pt. strawberries
1 Granny Smith apple
2 kiwi fruit
1 orange
1 tbsp. apple jelly

Chop fruit until extremely small; food chopper or hand held chopper works best. Keep all juices made when chopping fruit. Add juice of orange. Melt apple jelly in the microwave about 10 seconds and blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate.

Chips:

1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Cut round tortillas into 8 wedges. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle one side with cinnamon mixture.

Bake in 350°F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly brown and crispy. Serve salsa surrounded by the chips. If you're short on time, the salsa also tastes great with cinnamon bagel chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
