HEART HEALTHY MEAT LOAF 
Meat Loaf:

12 oz. 1% milk
2 c. oats
3 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped onion

Mix milk and oats. Add turkey, eggs, garlic, pepper, chili powder and chopped onion. Form into meat loaf. Place in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F 1 1/2 hours until done.

Sauce:

1 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Liquid smoke
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion

Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat loaf.
