SALMON PATTIES 
1 c. or 1 can red salmon
2 eggs
10 soda crackers, crushed
Corn meal
Shortening

Pour salmon and liquid in bowl; add eggs and cracker crumbs. Combine; mix well. Make into small patties; roll in corn meal. Fry in 1/4 inch hot shortening in a skillet. Turn when browned. Yield 6 servings.
