GRAVY 
1 c. water (or pan drippings plus water to make 1 c.)
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 bouillon cube (chicken or beef)
Pepper
Poultry seasoning (optional)
Kitchen Bouquet (as desired)

Place water, flour, bouillon cube and a couple of drops of Kitchen Bouquet (more if deeper color is desired) in a jar with screw on lid. Shake well. Pour in saucepan, on low heat, stirring constantly until thickens. Season as desired with pepper (or other seasonings such as poultry seasoning). Avoid adding salt, as bouillon cubes are very salty.
