GRANNY CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 c. milk (or 1 can evaporated milk & 1 can water)
3 egg yolks
3 rounded tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa (powder)
Pinch salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Beat egg yolks into a heavy pan. Add milk and stir. Mix together flour, sugar, salt and cocoa. Blend into milk mixture in pan. Stir continuously on medium heat until boiling. Cook about 3-4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into prebaked pie shell and use egg whites for meringue or very good as chocolate pudding.
