HAMBURGER STUFF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup or 1/2 can of each
1 c. sour cream

Brown hamburger, onions and mushrooms. Add soup. Heat thoroughly and add sour cream. Cook until it becomes bubbly. Serve over rice. Serves four.
