CHILI VERDE 
1 (7 oz.) can diced chilis
1 (12 or 16 oz.) can greed chili salsa
18 oz. fresh, chopped tomatillos
1 chopped onion
2 lbs. turkey tenderloins, cut into bite size pieces
1 sm. clove garlic, minced

Spray a nonstick pan with Pam. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons canola oil and heat. Lightly flour turkey (shake in a zip lock bag with a little flour) and brown. Add onion, chilis, salsa and tomatillos. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour. Serve wrapped in whole wheat flour tortillas.
