LOW CHOLESTEROL PIE CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. corn oil 4 tbsp. ice water Sift together flour and salt. Cut in oil until mixture forms a coarse meal. Mixing with a fork, add just enough ice water to form a ball. Chill for 20 minutes. Divide in half and roll out very thin on lightly floured surface. Makes 2 crusts. |
