BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c softened butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg. Beat in milk. Mix together dry ingredients, add to egg mixture, mixing well. Stir in blueberries. Pour mixture into a greased 12"x8" loaf pan. Cover with topping (I prefer using a 9" square pan).

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and sprinkle over top of blueberry filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
