MEXICAN DIP 
1 can refried beans
Hamburger made with taco seasoning
Sour cream
Scallions, chopped
Hot salsa sauce
Tomatoes, chopped
Black olives, diced
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Prepare hamburger with seasoning as on seasoning package. Mix with refried beans. Spread into pie pan or sheet pan, depending on number of people being served. The remaining ingredients are added, one at a time, to give it a layer effect. Spread on sour cream, then the salsa sauce, top with onions, tomatoes, olives and finally the cheese. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese is all melted. Serve with nacho chips or Doritos.
