SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. parsley

Blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire, and horseradish. Combine beef, 1/4 cup of soup mixture, egg, bread crumbs, onion, and seasonings. Shape into six patties.

Brown patties in skillet; pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup mixture, water, and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
