ROLLED MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground meat
6 cracker squares, crushed
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash garlic powder
Dash salt & pepper
1/2 onion, minced
2 eggs
1/2 green pepper, sliced
10 mushrooms, sliced
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Barbeque sauce

Mix ground meat, cracker crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper with eggs. Roll out ground meat mixture on waxed paper, about 1 inch thick. Sprinkle onions, green pepper, mushrooms and cheese on top of meat and roll.

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately one hour, (may need to bake a little longer due to stuffing). Drain grease. Add barbeque sauce to top of meatloaf and bake an additional 15 minutes.
