RISOTTA MELANISE 
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. chopped onion
1 c. Minute Rice
Parmesan cheese
2 1/4 c. hot water
2 bouillon cubes, beef or chicken
1 bay leaf

Melt butter in large frying pan. Brown onion slowly. Add rice and bay leaf. Stir until golden. Add water and bouillon cubes. Cook over low heat or until water is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese. Yield 4 servings.
