MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. bouillon
1/4 c. onion
1 piece celery
1/2 tsp. Mex season
1/2 c. mild Picante
1/4 tsp. butter flavor
Garlic powder
1 lb. ground veal or ground turkey
4 oz. grated cheddar
6 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 can tomato sauce, save little for top

Form loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
