CRANBERRY-APPLE CRISP 
3 c. cranberries
2 apples, thinly sliced, leave peel on
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

In large bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and flour. Toss and mix with cranberries and apples. Place in 3 quart greased baking dish. Next, mix topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, without lid.
