FRENCH FRIED SHRIMP 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4-1 c. ice water
2 tsp. melted butter or oil

If using self-rising flour, cut down on salt.

Combine all ingredients (should be thick). Dip shrimp in mixture and fry.

Instead of pointing a faultfinding finger, hold out a helping hand.
