RICE SALAD 
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 c. cooked rice, cooled
1/2 c. grapes or diced apples
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped ham, chicken or turkey

Reserve pineapple juice to thin dressing. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
