HEARTY OAT AND CORN BREAD 
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. corn, thawed
3 tbsp. oil
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil 8 or 9 inch square pan or muffin pan. Combine dry ingredients and add combined remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Great with stew or chili.
