ROSY FRUIT COCKTAIL SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries, quartered
1 c. mayonnaise
1 #2 1/2 can (largest size) fruit cocktail, well drained
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Few drops red food coloring (optional)

Soften cream cheese; blend with mayonnaise. Fold in remaining ingredients. Freeze until firm. To serve, remove from freezer about 15 minutes before. Trim with cherry. Serves 10-12.
