RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
8 to 10 skinless chicken breasts
1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix last 4 ingredients, then pour over chicken in shallow baking pan or casserole dish. Cover and bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice and vegetables.
