SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon (red, if possible)
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 sprig finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pepper and paprika to taste

Drain and save liquid from salmon. Flake. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid. Mix thoroughly. Pack into a small greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 4 servings.
