1 baked pie crust
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and eggs into a sauce. Gradually add milk, cook over low heat and cook until thick and flour is cooked. Stir butter and vanilla into mixture and pour into crust and cool. NOTE: Cook with 3 tablespoons flour and mixture makes a very good chocolate pudding.
