SPAGHETTI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. diced cooked chicken
8 oz. uncooked thin spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Layer onions and celery on bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. On top of that put cooked chicken. Next, spaghetti.

Mix together soup and chicken broth; pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 minutes more.
