SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
8-10 med. size potatoes, boiled
1 pt sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper and garlic to taste

Peel and grate potatoes in large mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9x13 pan. You may also divide in half and freeze portion for later use.
