SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Minced onion
1 lg. container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. butter, melted in casserole or butter
Corn flake crumbs & another 1/4 lb. butter

In pot melt 1/4 pound butter and add corn flake crumbs. Thaw potatoes and mix in casserole with the rest of the ingredients. Pour corn flake crumb mixture on top for color. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
