SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
1 pound Italian sausage
1/2 cup red and green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Mozzarella cheese (8 ounces), grated
1 tablespoon melted butter
sesame seed (for sprinkling)

Cut bread loaf in half; roll each half into a square. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. In a frying pan, crumble up sausage and add chopped peppers and onion; sauté until done. Drain. Mix with 3/4 of the beaten eggs. Put 1/2 of sausage mixture in middle of each square of bread. Put grated Mozzarella cheese on top, and fold bread up letter style. Brush sides of bread with the remainder of beaten eggs to seal edges. Baste top with butter and sprinkle with sesame seed.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown.
