HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, stiff
1 angel food cake
2 c. Cool Whip

Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Remove from heat. Add yolks, sugar and vanilla. When cool fold in Cool Whip and stiff egg whites. Break cake into bite-size pieces. Place in greased pan. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with walnuts. Chill overnight. Freezes nicely.
