PIZZA DOUGH 
1 env. dry active yeast (or equivalent)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (12 oz.) can warm beer

Dissolve yeast in a bowl. Stir in salt and oil. Gradually stir in flour. Smooth and knead dough until elastic. Brush top with oil. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
