GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1 1/2 to 2 pkg. graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
Confectioners' sugar
Pecan pieces

Place graham crackers on cookie sheet (break apart into individual pieces). Bring butter and sugar to a boil, turn down on simmer and stir constantly for 3 minutes (will be thick). Spoon or pour over graham crackers, then sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until it bubbles over all the crackers.

Remove quickly from cookie sheet and place on aluminum foil that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray.

Let cool a few minutes and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
