SEAFOOD PASTA SALAD | |
8 oz. tri-color pasta spirals 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat 2 carrots, sliced 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1/4 c. oil 1/8 c. red wine vinegar Thyme, rosemary, oregano, and parsley to taste Cook pasta using package directions; drain. Separate flowerets from broccoli stems. Pour boiling water over flowerets in colander; drain well. Combine broccoli, crab meat, carrots, celery, and green pepper in large bowl; mix well. Combine oil and vinegar in small bowl. Add seasonings; mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce-lined plate. |
