CHEESE & VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 c. potatoes, diced 1 c. broccoli, chopped 1 c. carrots, sliced 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. butter 6 chicken flavored bouillon cubes 2 c. milk 3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. dry mustard 4 to 5 tbsp. flour In 4 quart pan combine all vegetables, water, butter, bouillon. Bring to boil. Cover, simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In small bowl combine milk and flour and mix until smooth. Gradually blend into vegetable mixture. Add cheese and mustard and stir until cheese melts. 8 servings. |
