CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
4 boneless breast of chicken
6 servings brown minute rice, prepared
3 tbsp. oil
Soy sauce
Dried onions
Paprika
Chili seasoning
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
1 egg

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or non-stick pan. Cook chicken until tender and done. Season according to your taste with dried onions, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add prepared rice and 1 tablespoon oil. Scramble egg in bowl and add into rice. Add a little soy sauce to suit your taste and fry rice, stirring constantly. Serve with Chinese vegetables.
