CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Dash of salt & pepper
Onion salt (opt.)

Butter a 10" pie plate or quiche pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon in bottom of the pan. In blender put eggs, flour, butter, salt, pepper, onion salt and milk. Blend 1 minute. Pour on top of cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
