HOT BEEF SANDWICH | |
4 lbs. beef roast 2-3 c. water 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. oregano 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 green pepper 2 c. juice from roast 2-3 beef bouillon cubes 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 clove garlic, minced Salt & pepper to taste Combine all ingredients except roast. Simmer 15 minutes, then add beef sliced thin. Put in refrigerator overnight. Heat and serve next day. Serve on French bread or hard rolls. |
