3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
9 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fine chopped walnuts

In large bowl, beat egg whites with 3/4 cup sugar.

In smaller bowl mix egg yolks and 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla until lemon color. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold batter gently but thoroughly into egg whites. Lastly fold in nuts. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
