FRUIT AND NUT BALLS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. stewed prunes and/or stewed dried apples
1/4 c. honey
2/3 c. dry milk or enough to make firm
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
2/3 c. rolled oats

Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor and mix well. Roll into balls. Keep refrigerated.

NOTE: If prunes and/or apples are stewed in apple juice, the honey can be decreased.
