PIE CRUST 
1 c. Spry or Crisco less 2 tbsp.
6 tbsp. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. milk

Put together, roll out and bake at 450 degrees for 14 to 19 minutes.

HINT: Brush pie crust with egg white and bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes to keep it crusty.
